Hajibai wants every client to be genuinely satisfied with their purchase. Depending on the individual piece and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase, eligible merchandise may be considered for return or exchange within up to three months of purchase.

Return and exchange eligibility can vary depending on the piece. Custom-made, special-order, altered, resized, engraved, or otherwise personalized merchandise may have different terms, or may not be eligible for return.

Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and are subject to inspection.

The specific terms discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase take precedence over the general guidelines above.
