We collect information you choose to give us directly, including:

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, when you sign up for our newsletter in the site footer.
• Appointment requests: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and any message you include when requesting a visit to our office.
• Account and order information: your name, company (if applicable), email address, and a securely hashed password if you create an account; and your selected jewelry configuration, shipping details, and order history when you place an order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.

Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — as part of normally operating and securing the website. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools.

We use a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in to your customer account (or, for our team, the admin dashboard) and to remember items in your shopping cart. These cookies are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

• To process and fulfill orders and made-to-order jewelry requests.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer service.
• To schedule and confirm appointment requests to visit our office.
• To send marketing communications — such as our weekly newsletter, Item of the Week, and offers — only to those who have signed up to receive them.
• To maintain your account, including wholesale/approved-pricing access where applicable.
• To operate, maintain, and secure our website.

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is shared with Constant Contact, our email marketing service provider, so we can send you the emails you signed up for. Constant Contact processes this information on our behalf and maintains its own privacy practices.

We work with a small number of service providers to operate the website and fulfill requests, including payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Vercel), transactional email delivery (Resend), and newsletter delivery (Constant Contact). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function for us.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, order and account records — or until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legitimate business or record-keeping needs.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us at hajibaijewel@gmail.com at any time to unsubscribe from marketing emails or ask about your information.

Our website may link to third-party services, such as Instagram, Google Maps, or our checkout provider, Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites.

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
